Refreshing waters!
The best past about living in an Island, is the beach is right around the corner and available any time, any day. Specially this time of the year, there's nothing like being by the beach on a nice warm day and enjoying a refreshing drink.
Most evenings during the summer season, I enjoy going to my local beach to enjoy live music played by local musicians, a good drink depending on the day or to just enjoy the peaceful sound of the waves. Even though, most of the time I don't usually go into the water, hot days like ones we have been having lately, all I can think of, is refreshing water to jump into. The heat can be a lot sometimes, and staying hydrated, keeps me healthy and focus through out the day. That's all for today, and we'll see you in our next post!
