U.S Virgin Islands

Birthday Vacation

After turning twenty years old, I started taking my birthday a little more serious and decided to celebrate it every year. What a better way to celebrate than by traveling somewhere new. For my twenty-first, I visited Las Vegas, for my twenty-second, I visited the state of California and this year, I visited the U.S Virgin Islands.

Even till this day, I'm not sure if I can consider myself the luckiest men on earth or just doing something right, not sure. But I've been really thankful to have been gifted every trip I have taken so far for my birthday. This year, I was gifted this amazing vacation by the best best-friend in the world. This surprised took me a little longer to believe, not only because I couldn't believe a surprise like this could've happened again but also because it was actually about to happen.

Like every vacation I take, there are a couple of things I like to plan in advance. Including, what I'm going to wear and what activities I'm going to do. For this birthday vacation, I was glad to already have an idea of what I wanted to wear. But not only that, I also have an idea of what hairstyle I wanted, and I wanted braids!

For my first outfit look editorial in the U.S Virgin Islands, I decided to keep it beach casual and chic. When I think of the Virgin Islands or anything with the word "island" in it, I think of the beach. And by being surrounded by clear blue ocean waters, you bet that's where I spend most of my time. After a few days, this style look became my daily look. Like I mentioned in my previous outfit look editorial - Silky Summer - this summer season, I decided to wear Cuban collar shirts more often. And this birthday vacation was the perfect destination to start off this daily style look.

I have to words to describe how happy I am to have such amazing people in my life. Especially to have such an amazing friend like Tiffany Hervas, who is supportive, understandable but also kind and crazy like myself. This past year has been very emotional for me and from the bottom of my heart, I thank you for creating new memories and experiences in my life I never in my life thought of. I love you and appreciate you. Hope everyone enjoyed this outfit look, and I'll be seeing you all in my next post.
