Yoga from home!

I have wanted to get into Yoga for many years but for some weird reason, I never set my mind to get it to try until recently. Now I have made it part of my morning routine and thanks to YogaWorks, I get to do it from the comfort of my home. 

The last few winter seasons have been somewhat harsh on me but this time around I want to make sure I prepare myself the best way that I can. This means taking care of my mental health, physical health, and everything around me. As mentioned before, I've been wanting to try yoga for many years and this year I finally got the courage to do so. I knew yoga would be a great fit for me because it focuses on strength, flexibility, breathing, balance, focus, body, brain and so many other things I find very important in my life currently. 

When YogaWorks hit me up for this collaboration I honestly couldn't believe it because it was just what I needed. From the comfort of my home, I get access to hundreds of on-demand video classes and over twenty-five daily live stream classes. The best part is, I get to choose what level I want to be in, what I want to work on, and when. Is like having your own personal yoga instructor at all times. 

Currently, I have made yoga part of my morning routine, and let me tell you, I haven't been more mind free than ever. Besides that, I'm feeling less tight on the mussels and feel more flexible.
