Staying in tradition and wearing style basics!

As tradition for every New York Fashion Week season I attend, wearing a fedora hat is a most. For my first look of New York Fashion Week, I decided to stay in tradition and elegance with some basic black style.

After some busy hours of running around and trying to style outfits in my head for the coming New York Fashion Week season, one of them, was the idea of wearing a basic black outfit. But something wasn't really working for me, so emergency shopping was necessary. While shopping, I come across a very sweet lady wearing a small little navy hat with some very nice style. So, I asked her where she got the hat and she said she got it from a vintage store down the road, I left to there right after having a nice conversation with her about fashion. 

When I got to the store, they did't had the kind of black fedora hat I wanted, but then I came across this nice white fedora hat, exactly in the style I wanted. I figured, it would go very well with the basic black outfit I wanted to wear, I purchased it and pulled off this look to start off this fashion season. Even though it was around one degree weather condition at the moment these photos were taken, it definitely was a lot of fun shooting this look at the historical New York Post Office while on my way to my first show of the season.
