You Grind

Be strong and positive!

There's a little story I like to call, "The gym and I". And even though that story might be considered a comedy for some people, I like to consider it a tragedy. But thanks to a little help from You Grind, I was inspired to get myself back on track.

All jokes aside, my relationship with the gym and staying active has been like a rollercoaster, up and down. Before being under quarantine, I decided to sign myself back to the gym and start my exercise routine. Unfortunately, gyms have been close for over a month by the time this post goes live, and arrangements needed to be made if I want to continue being active even from home.

But keeping it real, I would say that exercising from home is like working from home. It requires dedication and a lot of motivation. But as you might know, I like to get my motivation by the things I wear. Luckily for me, I came across this brand called You Grind. They have an amazing collection of workout clothes for both women and men. I have used their premium performance t-shirt a few times during my at-home workout and I'm in love. Not only is it comfortable but is also stretchy and stronghold.

For this editorial, I decided to leave the house for once after being under quarantine for four weeks. I found out none of the local parks and playgrounds were open, so I decided to roll out my yoga mat and do my exercise routine in the middle of the parking lot. This is not a paid post, but I was able to talk to the You Grind team and they are offering my readers 15% off on their entire order by using the code below. Thanks, everyone for reading, and remember, stay active and stay well.
