Adjusting Lifestyle

Lately, I started adding some changes in my life and the things around me, focusing more in a healthy lifestyle which have required a new working schedule for more personal time and more time to balance my new habits.  

Is not a big secret, adding changes to your lifestyle isn't easy, but taking baby steps along the way to achieve the lifestyle you want, is always a great way to start. We all want to have a healthy lifestyle, but sometimes life and work gets on the way, but really thinking about your current schedule and how little changes can make a big difference in a long term. 

For a person like myself who spends most of the time outside for work or personal reasons, you might think I'm very athletic, but apparently that isn't enough, adding a new workout routing have been a really big change in my life and along with that, staying with healthy choices of food. The food part haven't really been that hard since I have been trying to stay on a health diet for some time now, that it has already become a bit of habit, but adjustments to it were made too, from eating healthy meals whenever, to a timing meal schedule. 

This spring season have been a little cold lately, but planning on getting back to start doing some of my favorite sports like tennis and swimming, and also starting to do more outside activities with family and friends. I will be posting all of my updates of my life and new tips I have learned through this lifestyle change and hope to inspired all of you to do the same.
