When it comes to the summer season, putting outfits together can be a bit hard depending on the temperature. Especially when you're trying to look professional and well put together. Inspired by business women in the Hamptons, here's a casual business outfit perfect to care of business while on vacation.

Even though a lot of people try not to take care of business while on vacation, being in The Hamptons isn't just a great location for a summer vacation, but also for business. Mixing both of them can be hard when it comes in getting dress because you still want to enjoy the summer but still looking sharp for any unexpected business.

For this look, we decided to pick this flowy and fluffy shirt from A.W.A.K.E. Not only do we love the texture of it but also of how open but yet sophisticated it looks. Keeping it classic on the bottom, we paired this shirt with a pair of Thom Browne navy blue pants to make the shirt the statement piece.

If you want to go for a more formal look, we recommend wearing a pair of navy blue heels with this look, but for now, we're going for a business casual look on vacation and nothing says casual and vacation than a pair of sandals. Here, we picked these lovely Masur navy blue sandals.

For accessories, we tried to keep it very minimalistic. We picked these small Kenneth Jay Lane earrings and this cute hearts Chopard bracelet. To carry around must-have items, we picked this cute Danse Lente navy blue leather bag, just perfectly small but yet perfectly big. Is summer, the sun is bright, never leave forget to carry your favorite pair of sunglasses and for this look, we picked these Saint Laurent dark sunglasses to give this look that modern look we all love. Keep your make up looking fresh, especially before having a business meeting or just to be photo ready at any moment by applying this Boscia make-up setting spray. To finish up this look is important to maintain yourself cleaned and polished and nothing says clean and polish than having well-maintained nails. For this look, we decided to keep the nails clean and simple with adding one coat of Deborah Lippman cleared nail polish.
